LANDMARK PROCESS FOR REVIEW Of DEMOLITION PERMIT APPLICATIONS
An application for a Demolition Permit must contain the following items:
1. 4” x 6” color photographs showing primary elevations (typically 4) of all structures to be demolished - including accessory structures such as barns, silos, etc. Place structure’s address on all photographs.
2. A copy of the Assessor’s Records for Property.
3. A copy of the completed Demolition Affidavit.
-Neighbors notified
-Asbestos identified and removed
-Utilities disconnected
-Streets and alleys reviewed for existing damage
-Site inspected for conditions requiring additional approvals
